Site(s) Cancellation:

• 5 or more business days prior = 0% of contract cost
• 4 or fewer business days prior = 100% of contract cost

Session Cancellation:

• 60 or more business days prior = 0% of contract cost
• 59 to 11 business days prior = 25% of contract cost
• 10 to 0 business days prior = 100% of contract cost

Multi-Session Videoconference Cancellation Policy

Site(s) Cancellation:

• 5 or more business days prior to the first session = $10.00 per site
• 4 or fewer days prior to the first session = 100% of contract cost

Session (date) Cancellation:

• 60 or more business days prior to the session = 0%
• 59-0 business days prior to the first session = 100% of contract cost

Contract Cancellation:

• 5 or more business days prior to the first session = 25% deposit
• 4 or fewer business days prior to the first session = 100% of contract cost

Worldwide Videoconference Cancellation Policy

• 49 or more hours prior to videoconference = scheduling fee forfeiture
• 48 to 25 hours prior = 50% of the contract cost
• 24 to 0 hours prior = 100% of the contract cost
