Invoicing

Invoicing takes place immediately following your videoconference, or cancellation thereof, and is based on the rate structure applicable at the time of the videoconference. VIT reserves the right to implement a rate increase at the beginning of each state fiscal year (July 1). Clients will be notified of any pending increase at least two (2) months prior to the new rate implementation. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from date of invoice. Late payment charges of 5% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts, accrued monthly.
