Reservation Policy

VIT accepts reservations from its website or via email or phone on a first-come, first-served basis. If the time is available, VIT will issue a contract to the client for the requested dates/times. The client must sign and return the contract immediately. A request becomes a confirmed reservation only when a signed contract is received by VIT. (Note: multi-session reservations must be accompanied by a 25% deposit). VIT reserves the right to release the requested dates/times if the contract is now received within five (5) business days from the date the contract is issued (date listed in the upper right corner of the contract).
