Depositions are one of the fastest growing applications for VIT’s worldwide videoconferencing service. The service is easy to use, cost effective and confidential.

VIT can connect you to almost anywhere in the world. Simply contact VIT’s Scheduling Coordinator, Katrin Helgason (802.728.1455), with your destination and she will find the far-end videoconferencing site(s) and give you a cost estimate.

The date of the deposition, you simply need to show up at your local VIT site. VIT staff will take care of the technology, so you can tend to business.

VIT’s high quality video allows you to read body language and the document camera and other information sharing tools allow you to present evidence as if you were in the same room.

The deposition can be recorded on VHS or DVD.
